The friendly owners helped us very well and super fast. The engagement ring that was 7 sizes too big was perfectly reduced to the right size. We got good advice in advance and it was done in no time. A goldsmith who knows his trade and therefore highly recommended.

I was recommended Bicks by a friend as I had some jewellery I wanted re-modelled. The first design was spot on, so no need to amend and awaited with bated breathe to see the final result.
I was not disappointed, the ring is amazing. All the jewels were re-set into a very impressive ring that will now help to make me new memories! Definitely a 'Showstopper' !! Beautiful .
Stuart and Sonja were both extremely helpful and kind, communicated with me all the way through the process.
This is certainly the jewellers to go to especially if you want to re-cycle some old beloved gems into something new.

After visiting a number of jewellers in Cheltenham on the hunt for an engagement ring, I walked into Bicks and spoke to Sonja. She was fantastic, honest and patient with me. I wanted a yellow gold ring with a pear diamond and she walked me through the options and prices and even sent me an email later with a CAD mock-up of the bespoke ring I was after.
I can say that her service was above and beyond the other jewellers I spoke to in Cheltenham on that weekend. I didn't feel like I was being 'fobbed' off or spoken down to like the other stores.
Without a doubt, if I'm looking for bespoke jewellery again in the future, I will go straight to Bicks.

We commissioned a pair of original wedding rings for our 25 year anniversary Wedding Blessing. Bicks produced a beautiful design using rose gold, yellow gold and platinum which were perfect. We didn't give much lead up time and we were immensely grateful for their ability to work to a tight timescale!

I had it in mind to use Bicks of Montpelier for sometime. I was never happy with a ring made by another maker. Bicks remodelled the ring and added two more stones. The result was stunning. Sonja and Stewart designed the most stunning pendant for my husband and I to give to our daughter for her wedding. It included a gem stone from her Grandmother so it was particularly special. Our daughter was absolutely delighted with it.

I first discovered Bicks Jewellers when looking for a diamond ring, I knew what I wanted but couldn’t find exactly what I wanted in any of the jewellers I’d visited. I popped into Bicks to try on a ring from the window display but again it wasn’t quite right. I chatted with Sonja about the style of ring I wanted and she suggested Stuart may be able to make the ring! I had never considered this, particularly within my price range. How wrong I was, Sonja and Stuart designed the most beautiful ring for me within my budget. Since this experience I have been back for jewellery valuations and advice on what I can do with pieces of jewellery I no longer wear. Sonja and Stuart are so knowledgeable and really helpful. I never feel under any pressure but always leave feeling confident that 2 experts have helped me to make the right decision. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bicks Jewellers to anyone, they’re great.

Stuart sent me several designs and was extremely patient before I chose the most stunning diamond band.
Nothing was too much trouble and his craftsmanship is second to none!
